A Quiet Moment or Two

I spent a few hours with my Mom today, having lunch and catching up on life. These times will be more scarce now that we're living at the ranch.

Also spent a few hours in 100+ degree heat (welcome to June in Tucson) loading the car with still more of our stuff.

Now a few quiet moments on a porch swing in the shade of a mesquite tree at a friend's house while I wait for Sam.

They have a pretty yard, with red yucca, bougainvillea, agave and this pretty purple plant. Anyone know what it's called? We had one in our yard, too, but I never looked it up.

Next, a couple more errands,  then home to the PPR!
